ABOUT
Chinthana Foundation was established in 1995 registered under Karnataka State Society Registration Act 1960 at Ajjampura Taluk, Chikkamagalore District. Chinthana Foundation started with an aim to ensure holistic development of the rural areas. It provides the empowerment and upliftment of the underprivileged tribal communities and other minorities through various activities. The organization emphasizes environmental awareness and has conducted activities such as planting sampling in schools and educating children about the importance. Chinthana also empowers rural women by organizing workshops to train them to help them find employment opportunities. Chinthana pays special attention to sustainability matters and has also set out to preserve and uplift society's cultural aspects. We have reached 30,000+ beneficiaries by serving 30 villages in around Chickkamagalore.
